By Bus

1. Take the Bus to Rayong Province at the Eastern Bangkok Bus Terminal, Eakami, Sukumvit or Mho Chit Mai Bus Terminal, Jatujak
2. Take Mini bus (Blue Pickup truck with 2 roll seats in the back) from the Rayong Bus Terminal to Haad Mae Rumpueng - Nai Rai

By Car

1. From Bangkok take the express way or motor way to Chonburi, and take Bypast Highway to Highway 36 to Rayong
2. At the end of Highway 36 turn left to Sukumvit Highway, take the Sukumvit Highway for 5 km. to the Ta Pong Intersection.
3. Turn right to Mae Rumpueng Beach, and drive along the 10 km. white sand beach to end of the bay.

By Van 

1. Van station is at the Victory Mounament on BTS station coner
2. Take the Bangkok - Ban Pae route. Tell the driver to go to Mae Rum Pueang Beach and drop you at White@sea resort or Bua Kao Restaurant.
